hour-of-code

Dear parents and future technology entrepreneurs,

We wish to invite you to the Brainiacs STEM Hour of Code sessions to mark the world computer education week 2016.

The Hour of Code event serves an introductory session to children and young adults into the basics of Computer programming. It also serve to clear the myth about computer programming to be a complex subject that can only be learned by adults. The Hour of Code was initiated by Code.org a non for profit organisation in the United States of America and now celebrated in more than 180 countries across the globe with millions of children and young adults participating.

The Computer Education Week runs from the 5th – 11th of December but the Hour of Code could be taken any time. On Saturday the 10th, we have special parent-child sessions designed to introduce kids (and parents) to Computer Science. We will be honoured if you can join us in any of the following cities – Lagos, Kaduna or Jos?
